why not add:
Cal Tech, Hopkins, Michigan, NYU and UVA? |

Johns Hopkins may very well have a spot on the list. Cal Tech may also as well. However, Cal Tech has a VERY narrow focus and isn't exactly a college worried about developing well-rounded graduates. Michigan is good, but is maybe the 25th best in the nation; Virginia may be a little higher. In any case, those two state schools are no where near the league of the others mentioned. As an undergraduate institution, NYU is not exactly a shining star. It doesn't even deserve to look at the list.
