Yes. they are having interviews this week. I know a couple of people personally who are interviewing.
When I interviewed, the interview was one on one and very non-confrontational (unlike my HBS interview). I think the key factors they look for are:
* how enthusiastic you are about attending Sloan
* whether you can articulate why you want to come here. you find out things in person that would be harder in print.
Your credentials and background are not in question if you have made it this far, so congratulations. Just have in your mind your reasons of why you want to attend. oh, this might be obvious, but make sure its consistent with what you had in your application. ;)
