The only thing that LBS and LSE have in common is that they are both part of the University of London.
LSE has various graduate programs, such as economics, but LBS is the business school and offers both MBA and MiF programs.
Both are excellent schools.
In terms of MBA programs, Cambridge and Oxford are nowhere near LBS in terms of quality and reputation. The only thing that attracts students is the "umbrella" name. Very much like Yale (great name but b-school is no in a farting distance to H/W/S).
So it very much depends on what you want. If you want a good graduate degree, choose LSE. If you want an MBA then choose LBS (by the way, INSEAD in France is also a good. The only serious b-school alongside LBS in Europe).
If you want an undergrad, Oxford/Cambridge is nice, but forget their b-schools.
