If your fear is that Ivy league grads with lower scores will be accepted ahead of you, then I wouldn't be too afraid. Effectively differentiating yourself and adequately explaining WHY you want to attend business school will make all the difference.
However, if you are worried about Ivy league grads that have the same or higher scores, then that is a justifiable concern.
End of day though, it all comes down to how well you can convince the Admissions Committee that you know why you want to go to B-school and why their school will help you achieve your goals.
