Although it appears as though this bulletin board is primarily visited by those that are fixated on full time studies at H/W/S, I would like to know if there is anyone out there that can offer some constructive criticism and/or information on NYU's part time MBA program. I am curious whether or not the decision criteria is as selective and so heavily weighted on GMAT and GPA stats as is their full time program. Personally, I suspect that there is greater emphasis put on an applicants work experience based on the premise that the applicant is already established in his/her career. |

I can't readily answer your question, but following this train of thought, I'd also like to know if there is transferability from the P/T to the F/T program; and if the P/T program accepts people who are currently out of work but was once in the industry.
