Hello all,
I've worked as an analyst for a small, boutique strategy consulting firm for 3 years (and its about damn time I do something else). I got my undergraduate engineering degree from MIT and my GPA equivalent to 3.5/4.0.
Ideally, I would like to work for 2 more years, hopefully somewhere in the nebulous world of finance for a larger firm, to round out my work experience. Oh yeah, and I need to take my GMATs.
Assuming I do well on my GMATs, and with the market as it is, am I better off applying to school sooner than later? Would my work experience/GPA be a detriment for getting into a top-flight school?
