I was invited to interview at a top 20 university and declined. Is this going to negatively impact my chances? |

if you were invited ot interview for a job and you declined do you think that would hurt your chances? Schools are receiving record #'s of apps and have hundreds of good candidates from which to choose. Programs are going to accept only those applicants that demonstrate a significant desire to attend. Honsest answer, I think you should expect "we regret to inform you".
