I just took my GMAT and got a 490. Am applying to state schools whose stats say the mean is about 550. How bad is 60 points below the mean considered- really bad/not too bad/totally embarassing? Should I delay my app and try again? My undergrad degree is not in business, but I have work experience in start-ups, and 3.8 average. Thanks.
