I've been clerking at one of the exchanges in Chicago for a few months now and will probably start trading in another couple months. I will essentially be a scalper (not employed by a bank) trading my own money. I think I will be fairly successful, and I'm excited to start. Anyway, how do B-schools view this? Does it depend on your success? Will they not admit (or think twice) people like this because they arent trading for a bank? Someone please help me out on this. Thanks
