should I not report ANY scores until I see how good I did...? I guess given that they will recieve the last 3 scores whenever I report them, this only makes a difference if I actually take the test more then 3 times (I HOPE not!).
The GMAT costs $190 and each additional score report costs $25. |

Just report the scores.
Assuming you are applying to five business schools (reccomended amount by R. Mantouk and others), it will wind up costing you $125 if you decide to wait until after you have seen your test results.
By now you have probably taken practice tests so you have a rough idea of where you will fall when you actually take the test. If you don't think you will score high enough, taken another month and practice.
If you take the test and you know you botched things, just chose to cancel the test. Then, practice for a month and take the test again.
Taking the GMAT four or more times is just excessive. You would be better served taking the time you would have spent on test preparation and devoting it to writing excellent essays, lining up great letters of reccomendation, and honing your interview skills: all factors which have just as much weight, if not more, than te GMAT.
