In Reply To: Students in second tier schools, say #15-25 who do well, maybe top 5% of class, do they stand a reasonable chance of attention from employers on Wall Street and top consulting firms? Most of those schools have people on the street or with top strategy consulting firms, schools like UNC, IU, Emory, etc., but clearly not all of them get there like they would at the top 5. Thoughts????
Message: I am not sure about the rest. I had people at my summer class from HBS (1), MIT (5), Tuck (2), Wharton(1), LBS (1), ESEADE (in Spain 2), Kellogg (1), UCLA (1), Carneggie Mellon (1), Columbia (2), Rotterdam (2) Two people did not get offers in the end: 1 MIT, 1 ESEADE. I hope it gives you an idea of what to expect, but I would say that of course you stand a chance!
