How many classes do you reccomend taking? |

I took four: calculus, accounting, and 2 marketing. (I had a Liberal Arts undergrad, no biz.)
The Prof who wrote the rec taught both marketing classes.
I know a guy who got into a top-5 with a sub-3.0 who took 2 semesters worth of classes at a regional grad school, got 10 A's, and then got the admit he wanted (to the top-5.)You can do it but it just takes $$$ and time.
I don't have a firm # but it should show the beginnings of a track record that says you can do b-school work well. (And that's just to offset the GPA part, which is one aspect of your app.)
