What evidence is acceptable to the INS that an international student has the funds required to complete the course.
Do all he funds have to be liquid, or are investments/proprty etc included in consideration? |

You have to demonstrate ability to cover whatever your school budget defines for the first year (around 50K). Yes, it needs to be liquid. Of course, you can chip in financial aid or loans.
