Bryan, what was your undergrad GPA and GMAT score? I think you did well to crack McKinsey after coming from Andersen. I've heard that McKinsey interviewers have little respect for former employees of Big 5, so you must have something special to get the nod. Were you a Palmer scholar? First-year honors?
To the international applicant, my advise is, if you work in a very good firm (with prestigious brand name), apply even after only 2 years, you'll have a good shot. If your firm is solid but not really prestigious, try after 3 or 4 years.
