i scored 78% in quant and 93% in verbal. for some reason i didnt even need to worry about the verbal it just came naturally. the thing is - my overall score was still 690 even with the low quant score. i've heard that more people do well on quant then verbal so the percentages are affected by a curve of sorts. my point score on quant was higher than verbal but still the percentage was much lower. |

Comes out to - 690 total which was 92 percentile.
I would've love to hit 700, but I decided to settle for 690 and sent in all my applications for round II decisions.
Your M 78 and V 93 coming out to 690 is a bit of a suprise to me because I heard that you gotta do well on Quant section as it counts more toward the total score.
My friend's score was something like M 96% V 75% (not sure). Total 690, but he had a higher total percential of 94% compared to my 92%.
What's up with that?????
