In Reply To: Since GMAT is now exclusively in CAT format, can anyone tell me where I can have (or buy) a Practice test that is in Computer Adaptive format as well? (It feels surreal practicing with pencil and paper when you know that the real thing will be in CAT format.) Thanks!
Message: There are a lot of resources out there and I used ALL of them, I think. The Princeton Review has a great software package available. I think that it's the best because of the way the practice section is arranged. Whenever you want it will give you either 5 or ten questions on whatever section you want to practice, and the questions change each time. Kaplan's program is also very good, but I think that you have to take their class to get it. ARCO has a software package that is decent. Barrons also has a package, though it's not terrific. I used all of these software packages and I would rank them in the following order: 1) Princeton Review 2) Kaplan 3) ARCO 4) Barrons All of these tests have computer adaptive GMATs. I would NEVER again take a pencil and paper test if I were you. Invest in this software and use it. I ended up scoring over 700, and it was worth every cent. Good luck!
