and I would appreciate if you can comment on what kind of questions I should expect. Are the Q's more like those in a job interview?
Also, are there any prep web sites, besides this one of course?

Some questions I got:
Why did you go to your undergrad U?
Why this major?
Why this job?
What are you most proud of?
What do you think are the most important qualities for good leadership?
Why MBA?
Why do you want to come to our school?
Basically, they go through your resume and ask Why? Why? Why?
My advice is to write your essays first, and then march into the interview and verbalize what you wrote while staring at the bridge of the interviewer's nose.
Don't forget to show your soft side too.
