Can someone clarify what non-grade disclosure is? I understand that it is used in most of the top MBA programs. Does it mean you don't get grades at all, or that companies just aren't allowed to see or ask for them? Please, someone clarify the nit gritty details of this policy. Also, which of the top 5 schools follow this policy?

I speak only to HBS's policy. HBS students are not allowed to disclose their grades to prospective employers, although they may disclose to employers any honors (e.g., 1st year honors) they've received. Employers will sometimes ask students their grades, notwithstanding the policy.
