So, you're in New York, or San Fransisco, working for a top tier investment bank, consulting firm, or law firm...so you're making say, $400,000. Lets look at what that really means...
First, you have to buy the clothes that people in your "level" wear, next, you're paying at least $2,000 if not more for rent per month for a small one bedroom. Next, you're eating out every single day.
At the end of the day...not much is left. So, you leave the "big city" with $100,000 saved in the bank - so what? You're burnt out, tired, and have given the best of your youth to feed your greed.
Now what?
