Insecure Founders |

I'm having trouble with the Founders of the Internet company where I work. I'm older and more experienced than any of them and I think they resent it. Also, they have no relevant business experience and think that I can pull rabbits our of hats. These Founders are hurting the morale of the firm (40 employees), although they don't know it. Their management style is autocratic and everyone tells the Founders what they want to hear (except me, since I can easily find another gig somewhere else). I believe in our concept and have the exact experience needed for success... but I feel that we could be headed for a big crash. Also, I'm not a quitter. Your thoughts?
