If I were to choose an internship in London between DB and Lehman (fixed income & equities), what do you suggest me, considering also the future development of the 2 firms?

Lehman is expanding agressivly, hiring lots of top people from other ibanks and also seems to have a really nice and supportive culture. Deutsche Bank in my experience is quite conservative, not very diverse (at least compared to american ibanks) and it is not clear if they are going up or down. At this moment I would definitely go with Lehman Brothers.
