Looks like a lot of IT people in Lehman are pissed off due to a comparative low bonus increase compared to last year - even though the firm's earnings were a record high. I am hearing a lot of first person accounts confirming this. Seems that the bankers and the business side personnel took the cake and the IT folks got peanuts! |
