Employment at will is a two sided option. Both the employee and the employer have the right to "terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason". Was it a offer letter or a specific employment contract? 2 very diff. things. Offer letter - employment at will.... |

Thanks so much for the reply, but the message was cut off near the end, and I didn't get the answer. I got an offer letter for a full time position, not an employment contract. I would much appreciate your advice urgently, as a second offer is expected today. Many many thanks.
