I recently received a job offer as a litigation paralegal from a big firm, in an East Coast city. I have been working in a different field for 3 years and went to a top undergrad instituation. However, the offer seemed rather low: almost 10K less than at my last job. They said OT would be about 20-30 hours a month, but this would probably not make up the difference. Can anyone tell me what a typical entry level paralegal is offered these days? I hope to negotiate the pay soon. Thanks.
