Well, follow his advice. Unless, you work for a Law firm and you know all the tricks that are involved in inside tradng. Off-shore accouts, moving the money constantly, and the best of all rules, don't be too greedy. George Soros, donated over a billion of his money to his country, it makes you wonder how hard did he have to work to get it. I don't see Bil Gates doing that. Do you?
Plus, if you are going to cheat uncle sam, do it well, remember the mistakes of Levine, Milken, Boesky, they all had something in common besides inside trading, they were TOO GREEDY!
