you may have to make sure assign your inventions to someone else, so there is not a conlfict, particularly in LA where there is much Electrical and software. our inventor agents have been talented but problematic to the firm generally.
also, you have no idea if you are good a drafting claim until you try to enforce them. if you have sued on your patents and won or got settlements then you can say you are good at it. |
