I have a MBA as well. My clients appreciate my understanding of their work. I would recommend it.
I most likely will not be in this job in a year. 250 - 300 a year is not enough to buy my life. I will either shift to a less prestigious firm for less hours, or shift over to the business side and make three times my salary.
