The most important thing is...don't give up hope. Take some of advice from Gurdonark. However, don't give up! If it's big law you want, it is not impossible. Make the right connections. Some people have to take unconventional paths to attain what they want. If you really want it, work hard at it, pursue it. Gurdonark offers good advice, but you shouldn't give up on it because the odds are against you. Many of us have experienced people in our lives who said we couldn't even get as far as we've gotten. With committment, hard work, and sacrifice, you may be able to still make the cut. PURSUE IT but try different avenues.
