Most lawywers are unhappy in the law - unless you are with a major firm, the pay is not commensurate with the aggravation and expense of law school, the practice is neither lucrative, nor exciting or personally fulfilling.
I note that many lawyers go into finance (get an MBA or just go into it without one) and start internet/new media online finance sites. I would love to start or join an internet/new media venture myself and invest some "sweat equity" in it with the dream of one day being an executive with a company among the ranks of "Yahoo" and "Amazon".
