In Reply To: I just read "Double Billing" and the author mentions that more than once he went to boston or detroit, etc. for extended periods...for example he lived out of a boston hotel room for 18 days. the character was a litigation associate. i was wondering if the travel demands weren't as strong for those working on transactional work...at least overnight travel, anyway. thanks.
Message: Transactional associates in some firms rarely travel at all, while in other firms the deals close in other cities, etc., requiring extensive travel. It's a firm by firm thing.
