Alright, so I got into UMN the other day and I was wondering if any former students, employers, employees, etc. knew anything about the hiring prestige UMN gets. Granted, by the rankings it is well regarded, BUT I really don't know about working in MN (too cold for me.) I'm especially curious about BIGLAW jobs in NYC or LA after graduation, so will I be looking at a losing battle coming from UMN?
Any help would be greatly appreciated... oh... and merry xmas.
