I just wanted to get a sense of what percentage of 1st year associates hired into BIGLAW firms make partner at the firm 7-8 years later???
Are the chances are low as I hear about??
(For the purposes of this discussion I'll define BIGLAW as firms with > 100 lawyers, paying > 100K starting, typically located in NYC/DC/Bos/Chi/LA/SF/Houston)
