its a good thing he's a radiologist, becuase all he can understand are details.
I wouldn't trust this guy to look at my x-rays. I definitely wouldn't trust this guy to be my doctor.

makes a good radiologist. If that is missing, it may cost a patient his/her life. Mind you, attention to detail is also helpful to attorneys.
