I've noticed most of the interview stuff here is for graduating students. What about a dot com refugee who wants to go back to a big firm? Will I need references? Should they be from my old law firm partners or can they be from the associates with whom I worked with more closely. What tips might I need to sell myself back in and to explain my hiatus from the law? Thanks!
