If I want to contest a will, do I need money to hire a lawyer? I mean, if I don't have money to launch a lawsuit am I basically screwed?
Also, if the husband dies, before the wife, when the wife dies is it only her will that matters?
I mean, the husband made all the money right (in this case)? |

Like every legal issue it is all about the facts. Every fact matters. Try going to your local law school and see if they have a student law office of something.
If there is a lot of money at stake there are many attorney's which will work on a contingency basis.
If you know any attorney's, see if they work for a firm which has a pro bono program.
