People who attend third tier law schools, are not "losers", they are people who think that they can go to law school and get a better job out of it.
There is nothing "loser" about wanting to improve one's lot in life. In fact, it's the opposite of "loser."
Nevertheless, the students who attend the third tier are being deceived, the law schools aren't telling them honestly that job opportunities suck for most of their graduates.
I don't recommend attending a third tier law school. Law isn't like medicine where no matter what medical school you go to, you still get a good job.
