I need some advice. I graduated from a very-well regarded law school last year, Florida, and I can't find a job. My grades were good (top %30), and I have a good personality, but I haven't been able to find a job that pays more than $45K. I was making $50K BEFORE going to law school, and now I'm reconsidering my decision. Actually, I'm in my second law-related job right now. I work in Jacksonville (small firm). I'm thinking about going back to what I was doing before (managing a used car lot). I feel like I was misled by the law school. Do I have a cause of action for fraud against UF? Would I be crazy to quit law? Has anyone else been in my shoes? I can't be the only one, Florida's law school is one of the BEST in the country, arguably better than Harvard in terms of hiring prospects in Florida. Any advice, no matter how brutal, would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

We know who you are, and that was a pathetic attempt to get people to knock Florida, sad that you can't do it on your own if it means that much to you.
