I think being a surgeon has gotta be one of the best jobs out there in terms of money/time. I had a surgery done a couple of years back--it was to remove a lymph node in my neck and you know what I had to pay? $4000 for about two or three hours of the surgeon's work. He probably does a couple of those a day, no sweat. Maybe with HMOs and whatnot the money's getting smaller, but shit, most of the rich people I know happen to be doctors. |

i'm planning on going to a local fourth tier... actually, it's not even rated... (Western State) yes... one of those "directional" schools.
I'm planning on going there for one year on an LSAT scholarship then transferring to UCLA for my last two years. How viable is that option? Am I going to have a strong chance out of the blue? Will I have to be in the top 10% regardless to make a clean transfer?? SOMEONE HELPPPPPPPPPP
