Sounds to me like he believes that the education was worth $90,000. Same way a mercedes dealer thinks his car is worth what it costs. Can't afford it? Don't buy it. Based on the education, you can now practice law, i think you come out ahead.
Bottom line, were you 18 when you entered law school? Then its your problem. |

Caveat emptor? Are you kidding me? That is not a valid defense for material misrepresentations of the fact.
I cannot issue securities with "cooked" projections of the viability of the underlying business enterprise. Remember, there is a difference between "puffery" (our law school competitively places students in top paying jobs) and lying ("There are plenty of jobs in sports/entertainment law.")
I agree with social Darwinism, but nothing in that theory holds that the disgruntled consumer cannot rail against the provider of the services. This is the essence of social Darwinism... venting and lambasting those schools that we as graduates feel did a poor job in returning on our investments with the hopes that they will either improve or get out of the way for another more competitive provider of legal education.
