Best schools for public interest in CA |

I am really committed to practicing public interest law. Are UCLA,USC,Loyola,Southwestern,
and Pepperdine pretty equal in terms of focusing on public interest law? I'd really like to attend a school in Southern California with other students that are also interested in public interest law,not just corporate law types. Which of these schools have the best loan repayment program and generous scholarships for those going into public interest?
