I am serious. I posted 'Here's a little piece'.
Here's the reason I am impressed. Most lawyers are familiar with the term 'rationalizing', however, they think it happens only to other people. Most lawyers rationalize their decision to becaome a lawyer, even though it will be almost impossible to have one million dollars liquid five years out of school. For an MBA, in a certain profession, it will happen a very significant portion of the time. As more time goes on, the MBA makes more and more and the differences in pay become wider and wider.
Well, congratulations to you for being able to recognize the truth, that is rare for a lawyer.
One question to you... Why in the hell aren't you getting an MBA? It's obvious to me that you have a good enough understanding of business to get into business school. You make coherent arguments, so you must be smart enough. if you can make it through Law school, you can easily make it through B-School (the B in B-School is for "B's"). The funny thing is that shitty grades won't hurt your job opportunities that much from MBA either. Christ life is good as an MBA. |

My fiancee is getting her MBA, and that's good enough for me. Or for us!
