I'm a law student at a Tier 4 Law School in the South. I'm a 2L. The problem I have is that I love history and politics and I like practicing law (from what I've seen). I've done a fellowship for a Congressman from Georgia (on Capitol Hill) and I work for a State Senator now. I love the thought of going to DC and working there after law school...but I don't know about the costs, standard of living, safety, etc...those kind of scare me away. I'm a B student now with a A+ average in my Political Science undergraduate program. Any advice would be wonderful, but so far I haven't found anything. We don't have a career counseling service that will help B students, so any input will be helpful.
Thanks!
