if a foreigner proves himself able and is lucky enough to get a job, the firm or the company that's hiring him will usually vouch for that person and petition to grant him the green card. All in all, it is very difficult for a foreigner to succeed as a lawyer in the States, but not impossible. |

Thanks for this information. It is important to know it before making a decision of applying to a law school. But what are the reasons for allocating such a small part of seats to foreigners? Most of the business schools have at least 20% of foreigners and some more than 50%.
