Currently, I am accepted to both GULC and
Cardozo and have to decide to attend which
one of these in the fall. I would be interested to know everyone's opinions on this, thx.

It took me a metacrawler search to confirm that Georgetown calls itself GULC. School choice is more than school rank--you've really got to line out the intangibles such as how you'll live, what is the relative cost, and how conducive will the environment be to most effective studying. You'll spend 3 years wherever you pick, so you gotta pick someplace you're likely to like. Don't get hypnotized by school rank if you've always wanted to live in one place, but another place has a higher school rank according to a website or weekly mag.
Try running both schools through the school comparison function at www.usnews.com. This gives you a neat little chart of relative costs, hiring patterns, admissions, etc. It's not important enough to swing your decision, but it's nice data to review.
School rank has an importance. From a prestige standpoint, Georgetown is a national school by reputation and Cardozo's reputation is pretty much regional. You'll get a fine education at either, based on their rankings, but you'll open more doors at GULC wider, faster, across a wider band of the US.
