I think the real moral of the story is that the LSAT is one of the most "study-able" tests there are. Since the LSAT does not test any substantive knowledge like the MCATs, for example, all you have to do is practice, learn some techniques, and practice more.
For those willing to do the work, the LSAT will reward you quite nicely. |

do LSAT prep courses really help?
I was scoring 167-170 on timed practice tests at home but only got a shocking low 162 when I took the actual test. Do prep courses really help even if you are hi-IQ?
I'd like to ultimately go to a top 5 school a few years from now so I'd like to get my score over the 170 mark.. I am just a little concerned whether a prep course wouldnt be just a waste of money..
