If the firm that I am at has more than 1 or two partners from 3rd and 4th tier schools than I will be practicing in some little shitty town (or shitty firm) doing divorces and real estate closings. More than 3 from 2nd tiers is also a disgrace.

I'd be surprised if any law firm can live up to your selective standards. I think if you look at the CVs of the partners of BIGLAW you'll sadly be disappointed to see that BIGLAW does look beyond Tier 1.
