Oh, you have to be one of two things. Either arrogant, or short-sighted. Perhaps both.
You would think by the third year at a "top 25" people wouldn't generalize so much or live in such an idealized world.
If you're going to a BIGLAW firm, be sure to swing by the corner offices of all the partners from 2nd, 3rd, and 4th tier schools to tell them they suck. I hear they love that, big brownie points. |

If the firm that I am at has more than 1 or two partners from 3rd and 4th tier schools than I will be practicing in some little shitty town (or shitty firm) doing divorces and real estate closings. More than 3 from 2nd tiers is also a disgrace.
