In Reply To: I don't know about the two alternatives. I'm doing PR online and it's helped a lot so far, especially in terms of basic stuff. It's also helped me relax around the test, because it makes it (seem) fun and manageable. I also have the Kaplan 180 book, and it's excellent. It's mostly drills and tips on how to up your score, but they're so excruciatingly difficult that they make regular LSAT questions seem asy. I would highly recommended getting it and using it as your test nears. Even if you're not looking for a 180, it helps you improve just because the questions are so hard. Good luck. Let me know if you have any more questions about the book or PR.
Message: I highly recommend the Kaplan 180 book. When I started practicing with the regular Kaplan book I was getting low-160's and by the time I finished I was still only in the mid to upper - 160's. I then went through the Kaplan 180 book and scored between 172 and 180 on my practice exams. Took October LSAT and got a 175. I didn't use any other review books so I don't know how PR or the others are.
