In Reply To: I'm not sure how charisma, class and a well-rounded background will make up for mediocre grades when most schools have a grade/lsat cutoff. None of the schools I applied to even interiew. Unless you have a rich daddy who gives lots of money to the school, I think most people better focus on keeping those grades up and taking lots of practice lsats.
Message: Many schools don't actively interview - many also interview only selectively - to confirm or seek more information on borderline decisions - - - however: you can always REQUEST an interview at almost any school. Sometimes you should, esp. if it looks like your option is either not getting in or taking advantage of the chance to sell yourself.
