New recs, new personal statement? |

After having been through the process (I applied to 15 schools last year!), I am loath to put more effort than I absolutely have to into the reapplications process. Especially since my job keeps me pretty busy during the day, and sometimes the night.
Would it hurt my chances too much to use the same recs and personal statement as I did last year? Or should I get new recs and prepare a new personal statement? I'm applying to a subset of the schools I applied to last year.
